What do you dream about? What is something you wish you could do? Just dream for a minute, really dream. Where did your mind go? Where would you like to go with your life? it is never too late to make your dreams come true.
You CAN fulfill your dreams. You absolutely can! There is only one catch; YOU must do the work to get there. Your dreams all depend on YOU. Reaching dreams usually takes hard work and dedication. It is not meant to be easy. You can achieve whatever you put your mind to.
As you let your mind wonder and dream, it is important to stop before that other part of your brain takes over and talks you out of your dreams. It is time to stop when that negative voice begins to talk about all the reasons you can’t or won’t be able to do something different.
There is value in putting power statements up in your house where you will see them. The purpose is to counterbalance the negative self-talk that sometimes dominates our thoughts. We don’t want to be our own negative self-fulfilling prophecy. What that means is that we are what we tell ourselves. We become what our mind tells us to be.

- I am worthy of becoming the person I want to become
- I have the power to make changes
- I choose my own thoughts
Create your own list. What words resonate with you? Where will you post your power statements as reminders for yourself? Some ideas are next to morning water cup, bathroom mirror, steering wheel, or on door as you leave the house.
