Warm-Up (5 minutes)

Before jumping into the workout, warm up your body to prevent injuries. Start with 5 minutes of light cardio such as jogging in place, jumping jacks, or high knees.

Circuit Workout

Complete each exercise 10-15 times, followed by a 15-second rest. Repeat the circuit 3 times.

1. Push-ups

Push-ups are excellent for working your chest, shoulders, triceps, and core. Keep your body in a straight line from head to heels and lower yourself until your chest nearly touches the ground, then push back up.

2. Plank Rows

Grab a set of dumbbells and get into a plank position with the weights in your hands. Alternate rowing each dumbbell to your hip while keeping your core tight to avoid rotating your hips.

3. Tricep Dips

Sit on the edge of a sturdy chair or bench with your hands gripping the edge. Slide your hips off the edge and lower your body until your elbows are at a 90-degree angle. Push yourself back up to the starting position.

4. Bicycle Crunches

Lie on your back with your hands behind your head and legs lifted. Bring your right elbow to your left knee while straightening your right leg. Alternate sides in a pedaling motion.

5. Shoulder Press

Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hold a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height. Press the weights overhead until your arms are fully extended, then lower them back down.

Cool Down (5 minutes)

Finish your workout with a 5-minute cool down. Stretch your arms and core muscles to aid recovery and improve flexibility.

Incorporate this simple circuit workout for your arms and core into your routine 2-3 times a week, and you’ll start seeing improvements. This routine is quick, effective, and perfect for all fitness levels.  Give it a try and enjoy the benefits of a stronger, more toned body!
