We used to live on property that had several patches of wild blackberries. I was in heaven each July when they were ripe and plentiful. I would pick and pick and then eat and eat blackberries in everything! It was a real treat. Now, I have fresh berries in the refrigerator all the time. My favorite way to eat berries is to add them to a bowl of plain Greek yogurt and then add some homemade granola on top. The sweetness from the berries and the crunch from the granola are a perfect combination to the plain yogurt.
